FP™ 600 wheat protein concentrate improves the extensibility and sheeting of dough while enhancing the pliability and shelf life of tortillas and flat bread. FP™ 600 also improves textural firmness in pasta, meat extended and meat analog products. Acts as a binding agent in surimi products resulting in improved firmness performing as partial replacement for egg whites and dairy products.
