ATCHISON, Kan., May 5, 2022MGP Ingredients, Inc. (Nasdaq:MGPI), a leading provider of distilled spirits, branded spirits, and food ingredient solutions, today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 cents per share of common stock.

The dividend is payable on June 3, 2022 to stockholders of record as of May 20, 2022.
