Cloud L. Cray Jr.
Mr. Cray has been a director since 1957. His current term expires in October 2013. He served as Chairman of the Board from 1980 until 2006 and as Chief Executive Officer from 1980 to September, 1988, and has been an officer or director of the Company for more than 50 years. He is the father of Karen Seaberg.
