Randy Schrick, Vice President of Engineering
Randy Schrick has served as Vice President of Engineering for MGP since June 2009. He additionally held the role of Interim Co-Chief Executive Officer from December 2013 to July 2014. Mr. Schrick served as President of the Company’s joint venture operation in Pekin, Illinois, Illinois Corn Processing, LLC from November 2009 to December 2011. Previously, he was Corporate Director of Distillery Products Manufacturing from June 2008 to June 2009 and was Vice President, Manufacturing and Engineering from July 2002 to June 2008. Mr. Schrick served as Vice President - Operations from 1992 until July 2002. He was a Director of the Company from 1987 to 2008. Mr. Schrick served as Vice President and General Manager of the Pekin plant from 1984 to 1992 and, prior to that, was Plant Manager of the Pekin Facility from 1982 to 1984. Mr. Schrick joined MGP in 1973 and served in various positions until becoming plant production manager in Atchison.
Mr. Schrick earned a bachelor of science degree in physics at Washburn University, Topeka, in 1972 and a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering at Kansas State University, Manhattan, in 1973.
